years of proven industry performance into a new, highly versatile valve.
Engineered for bi-directional zero leakage and low fugitive emissions, this high performance butterfly
valve is certified to the highest standards.
> An uninterrupted seat retainer provides a high integrity sealing surface between mating flanges.
> Enclosed base eliminates leak path minimising fugitive emissions.> Standard Stem Seal is designed and type tested to meet European Fugitive Emissions Standard EN ISO 15848-1 and TA-Luft VDI 2440.
> External travel stop in the top plate allows for an uninterrupted bore optimising the flow path and reducing the potential for turbulence.

Bi-directional shut-off for a variety of industrial and commercial applications, including dead-end service. Typical applications and industries:
1 DOUBLE ECCENTRIC DESIGN | Produces a cam–like action that reduces seat wear and eliminates seat deformation when the disc is in the open position.
2 STEM | High strength, one piece double "D" stem ensuresreliable performance. Optional square drive stems available.
9 ENCLOSED BASE | Eliminates leak path minimisingfugitive emissions.
4 EXTENDED NECK | Extended neck allows access to the packing gland when valve is fully insulated.
5 SEAT RETAINER | Uninterrupted seat retainer providesa high integrity sealing surface with available face-to-face options between mating flanges.
6 RESILIENT SEAT | Fully encapsulated energised seatprovides bi-directional zero leakage sealing.
7 CONTOURED DISC | Engineered to maximise flowand minimise torque for optimal Kv values.
