The PC is appealing the fine. According to Joshua Hay, the report was filed late due to a sudden death in the family. He states that he is unable to afford the fee and would like to discuss options for reducing the fine or a payment plan. Dear Supervisor,

I am writing this letter to apologize for the late filing of the treasurer's report, which was due on

October 19, 2018. The report was filed late due to a sudden death in the family. If at all possible, I would

like to discuss my options for reducing the fees ($2,343.50) associated with this late filing. To no fault of

anyone other than my own, I took on this role in a volunteer capacity and I am unable to afford the

aforementioned fee. If the fee can not be· reduced by any means~- consider this a request to arrange a~·­payment plan to settle the debt.
