this coffee is a reserve lot grown by ricardo tavares on his farm, fazenda primavera. primavera is located in angelândia, in the chapadas de minas region of the minas gerais state. ricardo follows in his father’s footsteps,

truly dedicating his life to coffee. not only does he own primavera, he is also a partner in ally coffee, the exporter/importer of this coffee.

primavera focuses on producing high quality washed, pulped natural, and full natural coffees, growing primarily red and yellow catuai, along with smaller amounts of newer varieties, including mundo novo. the farm holds

several certificates, including fair trade, rainforest alliance, and utz,

this particular coffee has undergone full natural processing, and is 100% yellow catuai. it is grown at 1000 - 1050 meters, and is sun-dried on raised beds.
