This meet is a SDHSAA sanctioned and qualifying meet.

Field Events start at 10:00 sharp, with track events starting at 10:30 sharp!

Entries – this meet will be conducted using Fully Automatic Timing:

* Entries are open and will remain open ONLY until 5:00PM CT on April 4th!!!!!

* No race day additions or substitutions will be accepted

* Heat/Flight sheets will be available on April 5th

How to Register on Direct Athletics:

* On the DA homepage, click on “Sign Up” at the top

* Click on “Team Account”

* Provide necessary information and log in. If you already have an account, simply log in.

* Select “Find a Meet” from the top and Search “Brandon Valley Invitational” if the meet is not shown on your

home page

* Click on the “Team” tab at the top to add athletes to your roster, then click on “Add” under “Team Roster”

Entry Limits: NO EXCEPTIONS TO THESE LIMITS!!!

* 3 per track event, per school, per gender

* 3 per field event, per school, per gender

* 1 per relay, per school, per gender

• All Implements will be weighed at 8:30-9:30 at the White Shed

• Pole Vault Competitors must be weighed-in at home sites on Saturday prior to travel to Brandon Valley

High School. Weigh-In sheets must be presented to meet management upon arrival.

General Information:

Team camps will be allowed outside of the track – no camps on the infield, please.

Police your team camp. No footballs, Frisbees, baseballs, or other objects on the infield. Please keep this area

open for athletes warming up. NO SUNFLOWER SEEDS OR GUM ANYWHERE AT THE STADIUM!!!!

After the meet, please pick up all garbage to help with field clean-up.

Results will be available on-line and will be e-mailed after the meet.

$100.00 Entry Fee – please send prior to or, bring the day of the event.

Medals to the top 6 places in each event No Team Points will be kept
