Title Exploration into connecting part time, semi-skilled workers to individuals in need of house maintenance services in Sri Lanka.
Duration 9 Months
Description It was based on an opportunity, which is the absence of a system in place to connect households to maintenance workers like plumbers, carpenters, etc. in Sri Lanka.
Experience Conducted primary research using online survey and telephone interviews.
Conducted secondary research in the areas of search algorithms, rating algorithms, SEO, business and revenue models
Utilized UML for systems design and ERD for data modelling
Developed a web based application using C#, asp.net, HTML5, CSS, Bootstrap, Google Maps API and SQL.

Title A proposal for a QA centric methodology for native mobile application development to solve failures due to defects and time to market constraint.

Description The research looked at some software development methodologies and recommended a hybrid to solve the constraints faced during mobile application development

Used MS Project for scheduling, resource leveling, earned value estimation and overall planning
