Hi, I ' m Jenna. I am the Branch Manager at Warrington. We at the Warrington branch strive to

deliver an outstanding service to our customers, looking af ter our fantast ic carers at the same

t ime. I know how much hard work goes into being an hourly carer, so praising their hard work

and dedicat ion is very high on my list of priorit ies.

I t is very important to me that we maintain our customer' s dignity and independence as

much as possible whilst being a f riendly and familiar face for them. Their happiness, safety

and well being are paramount to us all.

Helping Hands has a family feel and we have carried that through to our branch. We are all

one big team, with Helping Hands' values at the heart of everything that we do.

I have been with Helping Hands since June 2018. I started with the Warrington branch as an

hourly carer and since then have worked my way through all the posit ions. I was a supervisor

for six months and then had the opportunity to become a care coordinator on a f ixed-term

contract covering maternity leave, which turned into a permanent role.

The role of branch manager became available in February 2020 and I was successful. I know

all of our staf f and customers personally and I thouroughly enjoy my role. I have a really

good of f ice team and our carers are the best bar none. We provide an excellent service to our

customers, and myself and the of f ice staf f look af ter our carers well.

I chose Helping Hands because of their values and commitment to providing an excellent

service. The focus on the customers and employees is amazing!
