Mind-Controlled Wheelchair
The mind is the most mysterious and powerful
Part of our body which can inflict
Awesome power and influences
Beyond our expectations. that is the
Reason many scientists, researcher
-s etc have constantly striving to
Develop devices controlled by
mind power.
Innovative wheelchair from Toyota
Toyota Collaboration Center has collaborated with researchers in Japan to develop a unique wheelchair which can be controlled by the mind.
The sensors will detect human’s brain waves and the wave patterns will be analyzed and translated by a computer and converted into instructions/messages for activities to be carried out.
Toyota’s Claim
The wheelchair is able to respond within 125 milli-seconds. The new invention can achieve up to 95% accuracy. Brain-wave analysis data are displayed on a
screen in real time, giving neuro-feedback to the driver for efficient operation.
