All items are compulsory unless stated.

All items except the ones listed below must be purchased from the Tacklebag website:

• Swimwear

• Googles

• Cricket trousers

These items are not BGS branded and therefore can be purchased from any retailer you choose.

Cricket trousers do need to be Canterbury branded as they are teamwear, but swimwear can be any

manufacturer brand or non-branded as long as it is navy blue and of the correct style. Goggles can be

any brand or again unbranded.

All pupils are expected to take part in PE and Games lessons and represent the school when

requested.

Details of sports fixtures can be found on our website.

• All pupils are expected to take part in PE and Games and can only be excused with a written note or email from a parent/guardian.

• All Clock House students have PE or Games 3 times a week.

• Students in Year 7 to Year 9 have Games twice a week.

• Students in Year 10 have Games three times a fortnight.

• Students in Year 11 have Games once a week and a single lesson once a fortnight.

• Sixth form students have opportunities to join clubs throughout the week at different times. These are advertised in the Sixth Form centre and on the co-curricular timetable.
