o The Boyden Search process follows a 6/7 week procedure, as detailed on thefollowing slide.
o “Head hunting”, networking and referrals are the best way to identify the bestpossible talent available. Outstanding candidates are not usually looking for newjobs.
o We interview all the candidates against your specific criteria and competencies toensure only the strongest potentials are presented to you.
o Before, during and after the entire search process, confidentiality is assured,information held in total trust and communication is clear, concise and withoutambiguity.
o We understand that hiring mistakes at an executive level are expensive andtime-wasting so we offer a six month guarantee as standard. Such situationshowever are a rarity.
