Residence hall charges are administered on a semester basis. Students who wish to divide their residence hall charges into monthly installments will be able to do so by using FACTS.

Paying for TuitionTuition may be paid by cash, check or money order to the Accouning Office. Students may also pay tuition account balances on E-campus with their bank account information or by credit card (Visa is not accepted).
FACTS Management Company Automatic Payment Plan:Students have the option to enroll in an automatic payment plan rather than paying tuition in full at the beginning of the semester.
· $25 enrollment fee per semester· The down payment (25% of the total tuition balance) is withdrawn immediately and the remainder is withdrawn once a month for the following 3 months.
· Questions can be directed to the Accounting Office.

1. Complete the admissions process and be accepted into a degree program before the financial aid deadline. (Only full time, on-campus students are eligible for financial aid.)
2. Once you are accepted, you will receive a personalized 6-digit student ID number and password. At this time, you are eligible to apply for financial aid using the Boyce College/SBTS Online Financial Aid Application.
3. Complete the Boyce College/SBTS Online Financial Aid Application (https://finaid.sbts.edu) by the financial aid deadline:
· Students entering Fall semester- August 1 of each year (prior to entering)
· Students entering Spring semester- January 1 of each year.
· Continuing students- June 1 for Fall semester, January 1 for Spring semester
How do I apply for a Boyce
College scholarship?
Scholarship Information Boyce Scholarships:
· General Scholarship: Students enrolled in an undergraduate degree program are eligible to apply for the General Scholarship. Scholarship awards range from $250-$600 per semester($500-$1,200 per year), and are based upon demonstrated financial need.
· MK Grant: Children of current full-time missionaries who are enrolled in undergraduate programs receive a 100% tuition discount prior to the age of 30.
Leadership Scholarships:
Boyce College offers a variety of leadership scholarships to continuing students(must complete 2 semesters). These scholarships are selected by Student Life and vary in award amount.
· Resident Leaders- Lodging and tuition for 6 credit hours at SBC rate (up to $2,795 per semester or $5590 per year)
· Student Council- Tuition for 6 credit hours at SBC rate (up to $1,620 per semester or $3240 per year)
· Ambassadors- Minimum of $1,500 per semester (or $3000 per year)
· Boyce Traveling Music Ensembles- Minimum of $1,500 per semester (or $3000 per year)
Scholarships are awarded annually to qualifying students. Students may apply for one of the following scholarships:

Grants:
Spouse and Children’s Grant Program - Spouses or de-pendents of full-time students may be eligible for a 50% tuition grant. Qualifying students must apply midway through the semester by submitting the spouse/dependent form to the Accounting Office. For more information, please contact the Accounting office.
Sibling Grant - A grant is available for families with multiple siblings concurrently enrolled in classes at Boyce College. The first sibling would pay full tuition and the second sibling would receive a $500.00 tuition grant per semester. For more information, please contact the Accounting office.
