SATURDAY 7 MAYChris Martin is a keen observer, and uses sharply written wit and uniquely twisted logic to find the funny in everyday life, and elicit frequent loud bursts of spontaneous laughter. He tours in his own right and has previously supported Milton Jones.
Jack Campbell won the prestigious title of English Comedian of the year 2014 and has become one of the most refreshingly inventive stand-ups.
Lovdev Barpaga chuckles at his own one-liners to foster a feel-good factor.
SATURDAY 11 JUNEThree of the very best stand-ups on the London circuit:
Headliner Danny Ward returns by request with his delightfully clever punchlines and slick, quick, tongue-twisting gags and set pieces.
Tom Ward (no relation) has an unpredictable style veering from the hilarious to the bizarre, with amazingly accurate impressions and improvisation.
Pierre Novellie tackles topical issues in a slightly surreal and offbeat way, sometimes redolent of Eddie Izzard, but with an affable smile.

THE MAIDSWednesday 18 May 8pm | £12 / £10
In Square Peg Theatre’s radical new telling of Jean Genet’s seminal play we delve into the surreal world of Solange and Claire. Deeply resentful of their social position they plot to kill their beloved Madame, creating a fantastical world of revenge and sadomasochism that drives them to the brink of madness and murder.
Using Square Peg’s deft physical style, the audience is propelled by a whirlwind of shifting perspectives which expose the paradox that we are all trapped by our freedom. A classic example of French absurdism, The Maids remains as chilling and relevant as ever.
