HILL COUNTY LAA DESCRIPTIONS

LAA!

Beginning at the north west corner of Hill county, follow the northern border of the county east to its

intersection with the Milk River's border crossing in the NW corner of section 3 T37N R9E then follow

the Milk River south and east to the intersection of the river and the common boundary of sections 3

and 4 T36N RllE, then south along section line and continuing south along the common boundary of

sections 9 and 10 T36N RllE, to the intersection with MT HWY 449 and continuing south to the intersection with MT HWY 448, then continuing south along the highway to its intersection the common

boundary between sections 33 and 34 R30N TllE, and continuing south along the section line to

southern boundary of Hill county. Then following the county boundary around the south west corner of the county and back to the point of the beginning.

LAA2

Beginning at the intersection with the Milk River's county border crossing in the NW corner of section 3

T37N R9E following the Milk River south and east to its intersection with MT HWY 232. Then south

following HWY 232 to its intersection with MT HWY 2, then west to the intersection with MT HWY 234, then following the highway south to the intersection with Beaver Creek Road, then following Beaver

Creek Road south to its Intersection with the boundary of the Rocky Boy's Reservation, then continuing

east along the reservation boundary until it turns south and continuing south along the reservation

boundary to the point where it turns west and continuing west along the reservation boundary to its

intersection with the common boundary between sections 25 and 26 T28N R16E, then south along that section line and continuing south along the section line between section 35 and 36 T28N RllE to the

southern boundary of Hill county, then east along the county border until it turns north, then following

the county border around the north east corner of the county and back to the point of the beginning.

LAA3

Beginning at the intersection of the Milk River and the common boundary of sections 3 and 4 T36N

RllE, then south along that section line and continuing south along the common boundary of sections 9

and 10 T36N RllE, to the intersection with MT HWY 449 and continuing south to the intersection with

MT HWY 448, then continuing south along the highway to its intersection the common boundary

between sections 33 and 34 R30N TllE, and continuing south along that section line to southern

boundary of Hill county, then east to the bounda..Y of the Rocky Boy's Reservation, then following the

reservation boundary generally north, then generally east then generally south to the point where the

reservation boundary intersects Beaver Creek Road, then north along that road to its interstation with

MT HWY 234, continuing north along HWY 234 to the intersection with MT HWY 2, then east along HWY

2 to its Intersection with MT HWY 232, then north to the intersection of the highway and the Milk River,

then following the Milk River generally north and west to the point of the beginning.

LAA4

The Rocky Boy's reservation and that portion of Hill county laying south of the reservation beginning at

the intersection of the Rocky Boy's reservation and the common boundary between section 25 and 26 T28N R16E, south along the section line and continuing south along the section line between section 35

and 36 T28N RllE to the Hill county boundary, then west along the county boundary to the point that it

turns north, then north along that boundary until it Intersects with the boundary of the reservation,

then east along the southern boundary of the reservation to the point of the beginning.
