My View of the Market

Sales of homes and condos in Boulder County in October were down 20% from October of 2009.

Year to date sales are up just .5% after a very strong start. We are losing ground on the YTD number each month.

Buyers are being very cautious. Showing activity is down. Inventory is dropping. Sellers are taking

their homes off the market.
