No clarity here. There is still a lack of supply in the market.
My View of the Market Year–to–date sales are up 9.4% throughout
Boulder County but the pace of sales has slowed a bit. We have had a big spring with strong sales and price jumps.
The market is slowing which is normal for this time of year. The big question is to see how much remaining strength we have in the market.
