Buyer demand is still red hot. New listings are like a revolving door for the first few days. This activity is resulting in multiple offers. Many homes get 10 or more offers!
We have seen more listings coming on the market lately but still at a lower pace than past years. There is still time to list your home and get great activity on your home.
