Free MembershipSince the launch of Botanoo it has been possible to join Botanoo as a FREE member.

When you join Botanoo as a FREE member you will have 120 days to upgrade your membership to either Affiliate, Ambassador or Carbon Trader.

If you fail to do so your position will become inactive and cannot be activated again.

If a member below you upgrade before you - you will loose the BV that the member below generates.

Affiliate MembershipPrice: 250 euroBV: 250 point (1 BV = 1 euro)As an Affiliate you are eligible to earn Affiliate Bonus (AB), which is 10% of the BV generated by all members personally introduced to the business.BV is awarded all the way to the top through the line of sponsorship.

Out of the 250 euro we will use 100 euro for your Personal CO2 offsetting.And 100 euro is used to automatically purchase units from one of the group lots on Xtanoo.com.

Ambassador MembershipPrice: 400 euroBV: 400 point (1 BV = 1 euro)As an Ambassador you are eligible to earn Affiliate Bonus (AB), which is 10% of the BV generated by all members personally introduce to the business.BV is awarded all the way to the top through the line of sponsorship.As an Ambassador you can also earn Multi Affiliate Bonus (MAB) if you personally introduce 2 new members to the business.

These members must be either Ambassadors or Carbon Traders. And must be 1 in each leg. This will also make you eligible to start earning Matching Bonus (MB) in up to 6 levels Out of the 400 euro we will use 100 euro for your Personal CO2 offsetting.And 200 euro is used to automatically purchase units from one of the group lots on Xtanoo.com.

Carbon Trader MembershipPrice: 1,200 euroBV: 1,200 point (1 BV = 1 euro)As a Carbon Trader you are eligible to earn Affiliate Bonus (AB), which is 10% of the BV generated by all members personally introduce to the business.BV is awarded all the way to the top through the line of sponsorship.And you are eligible to earn Multi Affiliate Bonus (MAB), which is 10% of the lesser team.

And if you have personally introduced minimum 2 Ambassadors or Carbon Traders to the business you will be eligible to earn Matching Bonus (MB) in up to 6 levels Out of the 1,200 euro we will use 100 euro for your Personal CO2 offsetting.And 940 euro is used to automatically purchase units from one of the group lots on Xtanoo.com.

Matching BonusAs an Ambassador or Carbon Trader you can earn Matching Bonus (MB).

The Matching Bonus is paid out on your personal referred members and their personal referred members in up to 6 levels. The number of levels you are paid upon is depending on how many personal referred members you have.The Matching Bonus is paid as a percentage of the accumulated BV for each level up to 6 levels.You are not paid Matching Bonus on positions that you personally own.

Carbon Trader Grade QualificationAs a Carbon Trader the BV from the lesser team is accumulated every week. And the total accumulated BV is counting towards your Grade qualification. One time achieved Grade will remain.

Buying units on Xtanoo.comIn each membership package a fixed amount is used to purchase units on Xtanoo.com. 80% of the amount is used to purchase units from Botanoo’s Lots and 20% is used to purchase units from the SELL queue on Xtanoo.com.

All units purchased with funds from the membership pages will remain escrowed for 12 weeks.

Requirements for getting bonusesWhen the units purchased with the funds from the membership packages are released after 12 weeks you must keep 70% of the units in your unit account in order to continue to be eligible for Multi Affiliate Bonus (MAB) and Matching Bonus (MB).If you fail to meet the 70% requirement at the day of payout your MAB and MB will be forfeited.Any units exchanged to Carbon Credits will also count towards the 70% requirement.

Personal CO2 OffsetWe want all our members to Go Green, Live Green and Work Green.We begin this journey the moment you join the Botanoo Family by using 100 euro from each membership package to purchase Carbon Credits and retiring them in your name or company name on Markit.com.This way you can be proud that you are making a difference. And you can start spreading the message to other people.

Bonus calculation and payoutBonuses are calculated every Sunday at 23:59 CET. And then the bonuses are paid out every Friday at 23:59 CET.Bonus payout is delayed 12 days.Let’s make an example so that you understand how this is done.

Bonuses are calculated on Sunday January 8, 2012 at 23:59 CET.The bonuses will then be paid out on Friday January 21, 2012 at 23:59 CET.

80% will be paid to your Cash Account and 20% will be paid to your Bonus Account, which will be used to purchase units on Xtanoo from the SELL queue.

Distribution of money between bonusesThe Maximum Bonus payout percentage is 50%.Each of the 3 bonuses: Affiliate Bonus, Multi Affiliate Bonus and Matching Bonus are paid out according to the following guidelines.Affiliate Bonus: 100%Multi Affiliate Bonus 0% to 100%Matching Bonus: 100%

All members with weekly MAB < 500 euro will get 100%

With 100,000 euro in AB we know that the turnover this week was 1,000,000 euro as AB is 10% of all BV.Turnover: 1,000,000 euroMaximum bonus 50% 500,000 euroAffiliate Bonus: 100,000 euroMatching Bonus: 100,000 euroRemaining amount: 300,000 euro

Remaining amount: 300,000 euro

Members with MAB < 500 euro: 200,000 euro

Remaining amount for MAB > 500 euro: 100,000 euro

MAB that has not been paid out:500,000 - 200,000 = 300,000 euro

With only 100,000 euro left for paying the remaining MAB we will do a proportionate payment 1:3.

Example how bonuses are distributed

Member with 1,000 euro in MAB

(1,000 euro - 500 euro) = 500 euro x 0.333 = 166.50 euro + 500 euro = 666.50 euro

Member with 10,000 euro in MAB

(10,000 euro - 500 euro) = 9,500 euro x 0.333 = 3,163.50 euro + 500 euro = 3,663.50 euro

Loyalty Program DistributionFrom each membership package 5% after administration goes to the Loyalty Program.The money is accumulated weekly and once members reach Grade 3 they are awarded an iPad2. The amount for the iPad’s will be taken out of the total loyalty program pool, and the remaining money will be distributed after the following guidelines.

50% will be used to Yearly Profit Sharing25% will be used to Leadership Car Program25% will be used for yearly Team Building Trips.

“The Small Print”If you decide to sell all your units on your business center the remaining BV will be retired after 14 days and the BV cannot be reclaimed.

If we discover that a member circumvent the rules about not being allowed to receive Matching Bonus on positions that the member owns the member will be put under investigation and if found guilty this is reason for termination of membership.

As an independent member it is your responsibility to declare any earnings you may receive from your activities in Botanoo in accordance with the taxation law governing your country of residence. Any tax payable on earnings you receive is your own responsibility and not the company’s. You must provide required documentation to the company for proper taxation compliance within your country of registration.

It is important that our members never present Botanoo as an investment opportunity. This is not the case. Botanoo is a business opportunity. If you choose to enter Botanoo as an independent member you get the right to run an independent business where you can buy Verified Carbon Credits at a fixed rate and sell them at OurClimate to your customers at another fixed rate, making a profit doing so. You are not speculating in the market going up or down.

This compensation plan is effective from January 1, 2012.
