What to expect

This 8,5-days course concludes the whole team coaching process from contracting to workshop design, facilitation and follow up:

• A combination of individual exploration, group work and imparting team coaching models & methods in 4 workshops

• Application in practice with preparatory client discussions, client team coaching and progress workshops

• A save environment with constant supervision from an experienced Academy Master Coach

• Peer group work for concept finetuning and enriching exchange with fellow coach colleagues

• True impact for teams and an enthusiastic atmosphere

Who should attend this course• Coaches who have completed a full coach training and have

(some) coaching experience already• Coaches who want to build a business around work with

teams and love to facilitate groups• Experience in moderation and/or group facilitation welcome

Format• 4 workshops with a total of 8,5 days• 2 days client work involving discussions and workshops• Max. 9 participants, 2-3 coaches per team• Please note: Academy workshops are held in German, while

teams’ coaching may be offered in English as well

This Masterclass course will help you to• Prepare and facilitate team coaching workshops for a team

dynamic that boosts joint and individual performance: Fostering the foundations of trust, productive conflict, open feedback, combined strengths and committed joint goals

• Understand elementary models underlying team dynamics and development

• Be equipped with a toolbox of impactful group intervention methods

• Practice team coaching with a real client team in a safe environment supported by a senior team coach

Your supervising coach: Team coaching expert Gernot Weilharter

Gernot is a certified psychologist, coach and trainer.

As an expert in the fields of personal development, coaching and supervision of both individuals and teams, leadership development and conflict management, Gernot supports individuals as well as organizations in mastering challenges and making change processes a success.

He started his career working for a consulting firm in the context of organizational change processes. Since 1999, he works as a trainer and coach for leadership and personal development. Furthermore, he has many years of experience in the advertising industry, being successful in acquisition and client support.

Gernot studied psychology at Salzburg (AT) University. 1995/96 he received a research scholarship in San Francisco. He is an accredited coach trainer (German Coach Federation) and completed numerous further educations, such as transactional analysis, neuro-linguistic programming (NLP), bioenergetics and psychodrama.

Gernot lives in Munich, Germany.
