In consideration of this entry, I, the undersigned, intending to be legally bound, hereby for myself, my heirs,executors and administration, waive and release any and all rights and claims for damages I may have now or in thefuture against TCR Productions, LLC, USATF, the New Mexico Bank and Trust, YMCA of Central NM, and any and allsponsors, co-sponsors, agencies, or individuals and their respective successors, officers, agents, and assigns for allinjuries, damages, and losses sustained and suffered by me as a result of mine or my child’s participation in this race. I understand that this release is binding upon my heirs, personal representatives, successors, and assigns.I verify that I am physically fit and have sufficiently trained for competition in this event and my physical condition has been verified by a license medical doctor. If, however as a result of my participation in this race I require medical attention. I herby give my consent to authorize the medical personnel of this race to provide such medical care as is deemednecessary by such authorized personnel. I understand that in the event this race cannot be held as scheduled dueto act of God or circumstances beyond control, the race is not liable to refund any money paid by me to participate. Bosque Boogie is one of the country’s most unique races. The 10k (6.2 miles) and 5k (3.1 miles) race course windsthrough the largest cottonwood bosque (Spanish for forest) corridor in the United States, on a levee embankment road and a single track trail system. The participants are introduced to the Rio Grande cottonwood ecosystem whichruns alongside the Rio Grande river and its floodplain and supports a variety of native plants and animals.
