Annexure - I
INVITATION OF PROPOSAL FOR RATE CONTRACT FOR SUPPLY OF CHEMICALS / CONSUMABLES / GLASSWARE / FILTER PAPER FOR THE YEAR 2018- 19 TO BE VALID UPTO 31ST MARCH 2019 FROM THE PARTIES (REGISTERED FOR THE YEAR 2017-18) AS MENTIONED IN ANNEXURE – II BELOW AND OTHER INTERESTED PARTIES.
Terms and Conditions : 1. This rate contract shall remain valid for the period from 01.04.2018 to 31.03.2019. 2. Applicable rate of discount to be mentioned in your proposal for the materials supplied by you/your
authorized agent. 3. The price detailed as per list shall remain firm for the period of this contract i.e. from 01.04.2018 to
31.03.2019. If during the currency of the contract, the goods are sold at a price lower than the contract price, you will be paid only the lower price. The materials are to be suuplied to the respective departments on DDP/FOR destination basis.
4. The price charged for the stores, supplied under the rate contract should in no event exceed the lowest
price at which the stores of identical description are sold to any other person during the period of contract. 5. Copy of GST Registration Certificate of the company alongwith valid authorization certificate from the
manufacturer, up to date IT / ST/ GST clearance certificates, copy of Trade Licence, PAN have to be submitted . Taxes, if any other applicable, will be charged extra wherever applicable as per Govt. norms and Customs Duty will be applicable as per 51/96, Govt. of India Notification and Govt. of India Notification No. 45/2017 dt. 14.11.2017. The Institute has registration with DSIR (F..No. 11/106/1988-TU-V dt 23 April, 2018) valid upto 31 Mar 2021.
6. The Institute will no be responsible for any loss, damage or shortage of materials in transit.
7. Payment will be made after the receipt of materials in good condition only. The interested vendors are to
provide complete bank details for wire transfer of the payment in their offer. 8. The rate contract can be terminated at any time by giving one month's notice.
