Borsa de Barcelona is defined as the o�cial secondary market, intended for the exclusive trading of shares of stock and

convertible values or conferring the right to acquire or subscribe. In 2002, along with Iberclear and the rest of the Spanish

stock exchanges created the BME (in english Spanish Stock Markets) that develops a unified strategy to achieve

maximum competitiveness of Spanish markets to successfully tackle all future challenges in a context marked by

globalization and internationalization of markets.

Description

The project involved the development of a Smart Client application

framework that allows Barcelona Stock Exchange 3090 screens to replace

current Windows environment for distributed Internet via TCP. The main

objective of the client is to create a new model of applications that reuse

functionality and existing business rules of the host environment.
