BOOK OF MORMON

Broadway 7th March 2011

Andrew Rannells, Rory O'Malley, Josh Gad, Jason Michael Snow, Lewis Cleale, Kevin Duda, Michael Potts, Nikki M. James

A nice capture of this hilarious original show. A very solid and funny cast. Nikki does a fantastic job acting and vocally. On wide shots there can be heads on the sides, but nothing that really obstructs the action.

Nice steady capture of this very small show. First five minutes are "wandering" and mostly dark while cast was in audience with cellphones for the Prologue, but after that great! This is a great ensemble cast show.

SPIDER-MAN: TURN OFF THE DARK

March 24, 2013 – Broadway, Foxwoods Theatre

Reeve Carney (Act 1)/Jake Epstein (Act 2), Katrina Len, Rebecca Faulkenberry , Jake OdmarkKen Marks, Isabel Keating, Robert Cuccioli, Emily Shoolin, Michael Mulheren,

MASTER'S COMMENTS: About twenty minutes into Act 2 (right after the pumpkin bombscene), the show was halted temporarily for about three minutes. They thenannounced that Reeve Carney was sick and that Jake Epstein (who serves as theSpider-Man alternate) would be playing the role of Peter Parker/Spider-Man forthe remainder of the performance. Reeve performed "If The World Should End" withRebecca and stayed in the show briefly after that (his last line is, "I gottago!" to Jameson), but Jake performed for most of Act 2.

When Jake came on stage for the first time with Michael Mulheren (J. JonahJameson), Michael commented, "You look different." This got a good laugh and

applause from the audience who had previously been rather unresponsive. Jaketried to say his line a few times, but couldn't because of the audience'slaughter/clapping
