PEAK TIMES

OFF-PEAK‘Off Peak’ times are only available from November to February (inclusive)

Here are some frequentlyasked questions about our parties:

A. Just eight party guests is the minimum amount (2 car loads!)

A. There are two different price parties ‘Off Peak’ Birthday Parties and ‘Peak’ time Birthday Parties. ‘Off Peak’ Birthday Parties operate during the Winter months (from November until the end of February ). These parties are exactly the same as ‘Peak’ parties except there may be on occasions, a ride or two that is not operational due to winter maintenance.

A. The Party Host is there to add fun to the proceedings. They will organise the party and guide them on to the rides. They will also assist you and your adult helpers with the group (You receive 1 free band for adult helper with every five children in the party) The Party Host cannot take sole responsibility for the children.

A. Yes. Any wristband voucher not used on the day can be used at any time during the year.

A. The All Day Big Adventure Band allows you on ALL the band Rides (32 at last count and still rising!) Subject to height restrictions. It doesn’t include our ‘Pay- as-you-Play’ attractions such as Adventure Golf, Formula A.I. Karting, Water Wars, Dodgems etc. These carry an additional charge.

A. Absolutely! You can carry on the fun (without the Party Host, of course) until we close if you wish!

A. The colour coded Baseball caps help in keeping your group together, but in the event of an emergency, please leave your mobile telephone number with Customer Services when you arrive. We can call you if one of your guests is reported lost.

A. It’s simple. Just complete the attached order form and send it to us, with payment to reach us at least ten days prior to your party date. We do recommend you phone us before you send us your order, just to check availability. You can reserve the day and time well in advance by way of a provisional booking. Or you can book and pay by credit card over the phone on 01702 443400 or make a booking enquiry online at www.adventureisland.co.uk.
