Frizzy hair is unruly by nature, making it quite diffi cult to manage. Almost always wavy or curly and often visibly dull and coarse to the touch, frizzy hair tends to swell up and lose its style, especially in humid weather.

“Perfect smoothness”: Those who go for a smooth style are often forced to use the fl at iron frequently, if not on a daily basis, to maintain their hair straight and keep the frizz under control. Changes in habits, stress, fatigue, environmental agents, and hormonal and metabolic imbalances have caused a continual increase in the number of people who suffer from hair loss over the past years. There are numerous causes behind abnormal hair loss and they manifest themselves in different ways depending on age, sex and the pathology that caused the loss.Increased loss, which is often associated with more or less widespread thinning, is the primary symptom of many hair pathologies. Wet the hair and measure out the Actyva P Factor shampoo. Apply it to the back part, sides and the upper part of the scalp.

“Rake” the product with sliding pressure, from the hairline towards the top, to distribute the shampoo evenly over the scalp.

The purpose of the following strokes is to optimally cleanse the scalp, relax the scalp muscles and stimulate the micro-circulation of the blood.

With open and relaxed fi ngertips on both hands make slow, circular movements, lifting the hair and moving the skin beneath the fi ngers. Use medium pressure.Kneading is done over the entire head: fi rst on the sides, then on the centre and fi nally on the occipital area, working with the thumbs. These strokes promote the vascularisation of the scalp.

The thumbs create sliding pressure throughout the back area, oscillating from the side hairlines toward the median line and back. Use medium pressure.

Use extended, fl at hands to create sliding, deep pressure on the entire upper part of the head, from the hairline towards the top. Alternate hands.

One hand supports the head while the other caresses the entire surface with broad, circular movements. Pressure is light. Alternate the hands, repeat with both hands.

Measure out 15-20 ml of Actyva P Factor Scalp and apply it to the scalp in sections using a brush.Distribute, raking from the hairline towards the top. Make sure the scalp is entirely covered with product. Then extend to the hair. Comb to distribute the product better along the lengths.

MASSAGGE: the purpose of the strokes that follow is to optimise the detoxifying action of P Factor Scalp and prepare the scalp for the next phase. They melt tension, tone the skin and promote the drainage and oxygenation of the tissue.Every manoeuvre is named with a metaphoric action so you can you better understand and remember it.

With open and relaxed fi ngertips on both hands make slow, circular movements, lifting the hair and moving the skin beneath the fi ngers. Medium pressure is used.Kneading is done over the entire head: fi rst on the sides, then on the centre and fi nally on the occipital area, working with the thumbs. These strokes promote the vascularisation of the scalp.

Use your thumbs to grab onto the occipital in-dentations at the sides of the median line and draw 10 small circles toward the inside and 10 toward the outside, using gentle pressure. Keep the position of the fi ngers still, supporting the head with your hands and keeping the neck straight.

End with a relaxation stroke, raking the entire head with the fi ngertips of your open hands.

Apply the Actyva P Factor lotion for Men or Women directly on the scalp, drop by drop, working in sections. Blot with a fi ngertip after each application to keep the product from spreading to the hair.

Work with the open fi ngertips of both hands, relaxed and positioned opposite each other, sliding beneath the hair and lifting it. Make circular movements over the entire head until the scalp surface is completely covered in the product.

MASSAGGES: this phase has 4 massage techniques that seek to stimulate lymphatic and blood circulation, to deeply penetrate the lotion and make the action of its active ingredients effective.

Lightly put pressure on the entire head with the fi ngertips of both hands positioned opposite each other. Massage for 1 minute.

With the fi ngertips of both hands drum the entire head lightly. It is very important that you establish a regular rhythm using a relaxed wrist. Despite its dynamism, this massage, if done properly, can create a state of deep relaxation. Massage for 1 minute.

Use both hands with the index and the middle fi ngers to pinch the neck muscles, at the sides of the cervical region.
