customer service. This solution is currently integrated with SAP ECC, Cloud for Customer, CRM and S/4. Integration with all major ERP and CRM packages are possible.

Notifications• This service is aimed at several industries where
maintenance and safety notifications have to be created, sometimes by users who are not registered in the back-end applications.

make it possible for the residents to be able to message the Facebook page of the city to get information about any of city's services.
• There will be no more pressing of a series of numbers to reach a particular service.
• Users of the app can simply text what they are looking for and the application will understand the request.
Restaurants• Application can provide a consumer with wait times,
book take-out orders, provide information about items on the menu, send pictures of items if asked for & make table reservations.
• For wait- times integration to open table is supported.
• Prices are obtained from the backend applications or from Facebook store.
