TERMS AND CONDITIONS GOVERNING BONUS DRAW (Draw)These Terms and Conditions govern the Draw. Participation in the Draw constitutes acceptanceof these Terms and Conditions.

1. The Draw is open to all customers who have applied to credit his/her monthly salary to his/her

DBS/POSB account (the Salary Crediting Account), and have registered for the Draw(Registrants).

2. The Draw is valid from 26 July 2013 to 31 December 2013 (Promotion Period), both datesinclusive.

3. Eligibility:

3.1 Registrants must have salary crediting to a DBS/POSB account.3.1.1 This includes New Salary Crediting Customers who are defined as

customers who do not have any salary crediting arrangement with aDBS/POSB account for the period 1 January 2013 to 30 June 2013 (NewSalary Crediting Customers), and

3.1.2 Customers with existing arrangements for salary crediting to a DBS/POSBaccount (Existing Salary Crediting Customers).3.2 Registration is to be done via the following methods:

3.2.1 Successful submission of the online form available on the Draw page atwww.dbs.com.sg/bonusdraw.

3.2.2 Successful receipt of SMS registration by the Bank.3.3 Only salary crediting transactions with transaction reference codes of SAL or

PAY are eligible for this Draw.

4. Conduct of Draw

4.1 There will be one Grand Draw, on 24 January 2014 (the Grand Draw date),

4.2 Registrants will be awarded a maximum of one chance for each month ofsuccessful salary crediting to a DBS/POSB account, i.e. even if there aremultiple salary crediting transactions, only one chance would be awarded.

4.3 For New to Salary Crediting Customers, there will be additional 12 bonuschances awarded on condition that there is at least one salary credit afterregistration.

4.4 For Existing Salary Crediting Customers, a maximum of 6 chances can beaccumulated for each Registrant, provided the Registrant has been creditingsalary to the Salary Crediting Account from July 2013 to December 2013.

4.5 Winners will be notified by ordinary post within 30 working days from the GrandDraw date, at their account mailing address in the Bank's records. The resultswill also be published on DBS website and in a major local English languagenewspaper. Results will be published in the newspaper within 7 days followingthe determination of all winners.

5. Prizes5.1 Subject to the terms herein, the prizes for the Grand Draw are as follows:a) Top Prize: Cash Prize of 12 months of the winners monthly salary that has

been credited to his/her DBS/POSB account, subject to a maximum sum ofS$50,000.

b) Second Prize: Cash Prize of 6 months of the winners monthly salary that hasbeen credited to his/her DBS/POSB account, subject to a maximum sum ofS$30,000.

c) Third Prize: Cash Prize of 3 months of the winners monthly salary tha t hasbeen credited to his/her DBS/POSB account, subject to a maximum sum ofS$20,000.

d) With reference to points 5.1 a), b) and c) above, the monthly salary amountwhich is used for calculation of the Cash Prize shall be the lowest monthlysalary amount credited throughout the year 2013.

5.2 On the Draw date, 3 Registrants will be randomly selected from eligibleRegistrants to win the 3 prizes.

5.3 The Grand Draw winners will be drawn in the following order: Third Prize,Second Prize and Top Prize. Each winner is only eligible for one Prize.

5.4 The Bank reserves the right to draw a reserve winner or winners to replace awinner who is subsequently disqualified or whose prize is forfeited for anyreason whatsoever. Only three 3 prizes will be given away for this Draw.

5.5 The 3 winners must have at least 6 months of consecutive salary crediting afterreceipt of the Cash Prize into their salary crediting accounts

5.6 The Salary Crediting Account must be kept opened for a continuous period of 6months following the date the Cash Prize is credited into the Salary CreditingAccount. Failure to do so will entitle the Bank to deduct the amount equivalentto the Cash Prizes from any account of the winners that he/she maintains withDBS/POSB .

5.7 The Cash Prizes will be credited to the winners accounts within 2 weeks fromthe Grand Draw date.

5.8 The Bank reserves the right to request for the winners payslips beforecrediting the Cash Prizes into their accounts.

5.9 In the event that the Cash Prizes are unable to be credited to the winnersSalary Crediting Accounts, a Cashiers Order made payable to the affectedwinners will be issued and mailed to his/her address as per the Banks records.

6. S$80 Cash Prize for first 1,000 Registrants6.1 Only New Salary Crediting Customers are eligible.6.2 The first 1,000 New Salary Crediting Customers who successfully register for

the Draw and have a minimum of S$5,000 monthly salary credited into theirSalary Crediting Account within a single salary crediting transaction for that

month will receive S$80 cash reward.6.3 The S$80 cash reward will be credited to the Registrants Salary Crediting

Account within 3 months from the first salary credited to that same account.6.4 The Salary Crediting Account must be kept opened for a continuous period of 6

months following the date of application to credit salary to the account. Failureto do so will entitle DBS/POSB to deduct S$80 from any the account(s) that theRegistrants maintain with DBS/POSB.

7. General Terms and Conditions:7.1 Registrants are solely responsible for all communication with their employers to

effect the change in salary crediting arrangements where necessary. DBSBank will not be liable for any delay or miscommunication that may potentiallyaffect the Registrants Draw chances.

7.2 Each Registrant can only win 1 of the 3 Grand Draw prizes.7.3 If a Salary Crediting Account is jointly held by two or more account holders,

and two or more account holders apply for the Draw, only the Registrant who isthe earliest to register for the Draw will be eligible.

7.4 The following persons shall not be entitled to participate in the Draw:a) Estates of deceased customers.b) DBS and POSB staff and Salary Crediting Accounts that are tagged as staff

accounts.c) Agencies and vendors who worked on this Draw.

7.5 The Bank shall be entitled to use the name and identification numbers of any orall winners for print advertisements or other publicity materials; and mayotherwise engage any or all winners for its publicity purposes without anycompensation whatsoever and in such manner as the Bank deems fit. Inaddition, participation in this Draw is deemed express consent to disclosure ofthe participant's personal particulars to any person or entity involved inorganizing, promoting or conducting the Draw for purposes of the Draw.

7.6 Notwithstanding anything herein, the Bank has the absolute discretion todetermine the eligibility of a Registrant to participate in the Draw or receive aprize. The decision of the Bank on all matters relating to or in connection withthis Draw shall be final. No correspondence or claims will be entertained.

7.7 The Bank shall not be liable in any way to any Registrant or any other personfor any loss or damage or expenses arising in connection with this Draw,howsoever arising, including without limitation, from any late or non notification,any error in computing chances, any technical, hardware or softwarebreakdown, malfunction or defects, failed delayed or incorrect transactions, lostor unavailable network connections or any notice that is lost or misdirected.

7.8 The Bank may, at any time at its sole discretion and without prior notice, vary,modify, delete or add to these terms and conditions (including the PromotionPeriod, the conduct of the Draw and the number of winners and prizes) and

may also suspend or terminate the Draw at any time without any notice orliability to any Customer.

7.9 The Bank's Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy, Terms and ConditionsGoverning Accounts and Terms and Conditions Governing Electronic Servicesapply.

7.10 These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordancewith the laws of Singapore, and the Registrants irrevocably submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.A person who is not party to any agreement governed by these terms andconditions shall have no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Actto enforce any of these terms and conditions.

7.11 This Draw is not valid with other offers or promotions. In the event that theRegistrant is eligible for this and another concurrent promotion called

SalaryBooster, eligibility in the Bonus Draw will take precedence.

Deposit Insurance SchemeSingapore dollar deposits of non-bank depositors and monies and deposits denominated inSingapore dollars under the Supplementary Retirement Scheme are insured by the SingaporeDeposit Insurance Corporation, for up to S$50,000 in aggregate per depositor per Schememember by law.
