Bonk (bäNGk) v. 1. a condition caused by the depletion of glycogen stores in the liver and muscles which manifests itself by extreme fatigue and loss of energy.
“Bonking” is also known as “hitting the wall”!

“BONK” !in the first place?!
Insufficient fueling before, during, or after workouts
Fueling with low-quality foods
Fueling without proper hydration

Before!Eat at least 200 calories of high-quality carbohydrates 15-30 minutes before vigorous workouts
During !Consume easily digestible carbohydrates, along with water or hydration mixes, during workouts
After!Consume at least 15 grams of high-quality protein, along with carbohydrates, within 30 minutes of finishing a workout
