    • In the region of the thigh
    • Hip is proximal to the femur
    • Knee is distal to the femur

    • Made up of many bones: radius, ulna, navicular, lunate, triquetrum, pisiform, multangular, greater multangular,capitate, and hamate.

    • The talus is part of three main joint complexes: the ankle, the subtalar joint, and the talo navicular joint.
