MULTIBOND COLORATO IN CARTUCCE 250ml MULTIBOND COLOURED IN CARTRIDGE 250ml

Mastice acrilico senza stirene per incollare e laminare marmi, graniti, agglomerato e ceramica. Il prodotto viene confezionato in speciali bi-cartucce rapporto 10:1 da 250 ml. Le due camere della cartuccia comprendono resina e catalizzatore già pre-dosati. Con l’ausilio di un apposito beccuccio mixer e pistola appropriata, permette il corretto dosaggio dei componenti senza alcuna fatica. Il MULTIBOND si caratterizza per avere una eccezionale adesione in tempi molto brevi, 30 min, permettendo il taglio e la lucidatura dei pezzi incollati. Il prodotto indurito si presenta in superficie molto liscio, brillante e ben lucidabile. MULTIBOND is an acrylic glue styrene free, It’s used to glue and to laminate marbles, granite, engineered stone and ceramic. The product is produced in special cartridges 10:1 bi-axial quantity 250 ml. The glue and the hardener are pre-dosed in the cartridge, once inserted in a proper gun, with special mixer fixed on the top, allows the correct extrusion and mixing of the product which is ready to be used for gluing. The MULTIBOND is characterized to have an excellent adhesion in short time, so you can cut and polish the assembled parts in a short time, 30 min. The hardened product is flat, shining and very polishable.

Tutte le superfici del supporto da trattare devono presentarsi pulite, asciutte e prive di polvere e grassi. In caso di superfici lucide e/o lisce si consiglia di carteggiare il supporto prima dell’incollaggio. Togliere l’estremità filettata ed estrarre il tappo. Fissare il mixer alla cartuccia con l’apposito beccuccio filettato. Prima di procedere con l’incollaggio è buona norma estrudere il prodotto, circa 5-10 gr (mezza tazzina di caffè), circa 25-30cm di cordolo. Operazione da ripetere ad ogni cambio di mixer. Dopo l’uso, pulire la punta con un pezzo di carta e chiudere la cartuccia. Gettare il mixer usato. Usare solo le pistole adatte alla cartuccia 10:1. Il prodotto non indurisce al di sotto di +5°C. Vantaggi:

• Ottima lucidità e colore dopo il taglio e lucidatura • Ottima adesione su multimateriali • velocissimo a indurire anche a +5°C. • Sistema pre-dosato, pronto all’uso, senza possibilità di errori

di miscelazione Uso: Viene utilizzato per incollare e riparare i seguenti materiali: pietre naturali, calcestruzzo, ceramica, gres, engineered stone e supporti similari. Uso interno. All the surfaces to be treated must be cleaned, dry and free of dust and grease. In case of glossy and/or smooth surfaces, we suggest to scrub the surfaces with sandpaper before gluing. Remove the threaded extremity and uncap the cartridge. Fix the mixer to the cartridge through the threaded nozzle. Before applying the glue on the surfaces, do spurge around 5-10 gr of product (about half cup of expresso), 25-30 cm of line. Repeat this operation at any change of mixer. After usage, clean the nozzle, replace the cap and discard the mixer after use. Use only suitable gun for ratio 10:1. Product will not set below +5o C.
