Most of us have dreams and goals for the future, we tend to do plans and im-agine how we would be in the hereafter. However, many people do not have into account some relevant skills that will be necessary to achieve their personal goals; also people make projects and plans without thinking how they will get to them. For that reason, some experts have investigated human behavior for giving us tips and advices for being suc-cessful.

The first skill that the researches recom-

mend to develop is the ability to speak

clearly, persuasively and convincingly in

front of and audience, no matter if the

audience are hundreds of people or

only one person listening, due to the

fact that effective speakers are more

confident, they feel more comfortable

with themselves and more attractive to

be around. On top of that, writing well

offers may of the same advantages of

speaking correctly, learning to write

involves more than mastery of gram-

mar, is the development of the ability to

organize thoughts into coherent form

and target in the most effective way. A

person who is master of the written and

spoken word can expect doors to open

in just about every field.

In the same way, focus your attention in

what you need the most is crucial when

you have a lot in your plate, set priori-

ties and concentrate on what you are

doing at the moment. You need strong

organizational artistry, effective

productivity habits and solid sense of

discipline to keep yourself on track.

Likewise, good critical thinking exper-

tise immediately distinguishes you from

the mass of people these days, being

able to evaluate the information to

which we are exposed daily, sort the

potentially valuable form the trivial,

analyze its relevance and meaning,

and relate it to other information is es-

sential for taking decisions that make

us successful. Moreover, being able to

take decisions in the scene and re-

spond quickly and effectively is what

separates the achievers form the aspir-

ants. An influential way to be a critical

thinker is by investigation something

new; you do not have to know every-

thing, however, you should be able to

quickly and effortless find out what you

need to know and understand the new

information and using it.

In a similar way, taking time to relax is

crucial for success. Stress will not only

kill you, it leads to poor decision-

making, poor thinking, and poor sociali-

zation. Plus, working yourself to death

in order to keep up, and not having any

time to enjoy the fruits of your work, is

not really “success”. It’s obses-

sion. Being able to face even the most

insistent crises with your reasons

about you and in the most productive

way is possibly the most meaningful

skill.

It is a simple fact in our society that

money is necessary, even for the sim-

ple pleasures in life. Knowing how to

way and record your expenses and

salary is significant just to survive, let

alone to prosper. But more than that,

commonly to things like chasing the time

you spend on a project or determining

whether the value of an action balances

the costs in money, time, and effort.

Furthermore, successful people have

systems in place to help them find what

they need when they need it when

you’re disorganized, that extra time

spent looking forces you to drop your

focus and once it’s gone, it takes a while

to get it back. Keeping both your living

and working spaces organized is crucial.

In addition, research shows that alt-

hough we think that we act because of

the way we feel, in fact, we often feel

because of the way we act. A great

attitude always leads to great experienc-

es. Being positive, smiling, and make it

counts, pretending today is going to be

great, will make it great.

As far as I concerned, you need to

desire with extreme passion what

you want in life, it is your responsibil-

ity to excite your goals with power. If

you do not believe in what you want

to reach or you doubt about your ca-

pabilities you won’t achieve it. You

need aptitude or intelligence or what-

ever skills you have; then you con-

quer your desires through the effec-

tive use of these skills and re-

sources. The skill of strategically

planning your path to your goal is

one you will learn to develop or dis-

cover if you are not already an effec-

tive use of your skills. You must di-

rect your resources to attain whatev-

er you want.
