Materials 8 x Scheepjes Cotton 8 (100% Cotton; 170m/50g). Yarn amounts per color will depend on your color placement

and gauge.

3mm (US D) hook

Gauge & Size Make a swatch using 35 rows of the pattern. Measure the two diagonals

as shown in the image. Multiply both dimensions with 10.5 to get an estimate

for the size of the wrap in cm.

Based on my swatch with 35 rows which is 9cm x 16.5cm, my final

wrap will be about 95cm x 175cm (37” x 70”) in the orientation of use.

Abbreviations Please note that US Crochet Terminology is used for this pattern.

Color Placement Use the color for each row according to the temperature chart guide and the recorded temperature of your

location of choice. Use the empty color chart provided to keep track of the temperature in your home town and

the color that corresponds to each row.

Note The number of single crochet stitches increases every second row. In the temperature recording table, I give the

stitch count for each row.

In the pattern a ch1 is used to turn. With the turn it is assumed that you are using the same color. If you need to

change color because of a change in the weather, use the last yarn over of the single crochet of the previous

row to change color.

Rows 15 onwards

Repeat rows 13 and 14 till the end of the year. Use the color corresponding to the temperature of that particular

day/row.

Chart

Finishing Weave away all remaining yarn tails. Make 3 colorful tassels using all the remaining yarn and attach them to the

corners of the wrap. The tassels will be as multicolored as your wrap. Block your wrap for best results.
