Off the sunny Mediterranean coast of Southern Italy in the village of Positano, a tradition of fine food has existed for generations. Dishesmade with the highest quality of seafood and meats, coupled withhomemade pastas tossed with extra virgin olive oil and fresh herbsgrown in small gardens, were prepared and presented like fine worksof art. These dishes were enjoyed by all. After the meal an excitinggame of bocci ball would begin accompanied with delicious homemadedesserts, coffee, and cordials.
