BOAT Impacts

1. Research and innovation possibilities will be fully utilised with industry-university cooperation on the Baltic Area ;

2. An international network arises for developing businesses, entrepreneurship, innovation activities, internationalisation of SMEs (incl. the locomotion companies within industries) and synergic use of public and private resources;

3. On the Baltic Area the markets will be harmonised in most positive ways.

• Separate evaluation meetings take place;
