DESCRIPTION
At this stage, after quite a dilemma to actually decide whether or not for me to include huge vessels (30m in length) onto my manufacturing list I have decided yes why not as I am taking the ongoing advantage for China as the second largest shipbuilding industry in the world currently (CSSC website) so I have decided to look into incorporating a R&D Centre of Excellence for boat building into my boat facility. This will also host a drafting studio workshop for design excellence for the boat building. Besides, that I have to incorporate also the vast craftsmenship area for manual boat building area. The R&D + Drafting workshop will have 500 workers, the Management and Office host approximately 200 people, and the Production Area will host 500 workers.TRANSCRIPT
