Why is a house of the future?

It is a house of the future because it is located in the middle of the sea, and it has an electrical

system comprising solar panels and wind turbines. It also has a small tank of fuel.

Explanation of the outer partExplanation of the outer part● There are solar panels. In total there are

twelve, six on each side of the roof. Also, it has a wind turbine

● There is a lifeboat.

1-Engine room● It has a tank to save clean

water and another for dirty water.

● It has an accumulator to store electricity from solar panels and turbine.

● It has a tank fuel.● It has two engines and a

helm.

2-Ground floor● The living room has got

a sofa, a coffee table and a television. Next is a table with six chairs and next to is the kitchen and breakfast bar with stools. There is a small cupboard under the stairs.

3-First floor● There are 3 bedrooms.

The first two have bunk beds, bedside... The other bedroom has got a double bed, a desk, a shelf and a bedside. The room has a door that sticks to the control room.

● The bathroom is between the bedrooms and has got a mirror, a sink, a moblet, a toilet, a shower and a washing machine.

● The furniture are anchored to keep it from moving. Overall everything is wood, but the bathroom and kitchen are metal to protect them better.
