Introducing over 300 sq. ft. of mixed use commercial and business buildings in order to attract users to mission bay. This creates a rich, multi- use environment that accommodates a high visitor intensity and allows business-es to thrive. The area adheres to the accessibility needs of all visitors through its close proximity to public transit, bicycle and pedestrian trails, and local vehicular parking within the AT&T parking garage. plazas are des-ignated for high use and offers sufficient space for a variety of public events. amenity green space is provided throughout the area to soften the oppressive hardscape and architecture of the urban environment.

The Bayside waterfront park provides open green space alongside areas of constructed form. These spaces are suitable for vari-ous recreational activities and events. The park guides the bay trail close to the water’s edge and away from the vehicularized streets. It becomes a destination for not only the bay trail us-ers but for anyone who seeks to experience the bay from the park or the waterfront promenade. The promenade contains site ameni-ties, vista points, open space, public facilities, and connects to the aqua vista park that features a pier for fishing as well as for viewing the bay and shipping docks.
