Vote to take steps to curb global warming and environmental chaos Vote for health care that includes the right to end a pregnancy. Vote for health care for all. Vote so critical thinking will be taught in schools.

Know the candidates and tell them what you want. This is a democracy and we can create the kind of government we want.

Best Memory of the Last Decade Watching the 2008 Inaugural Parade of President Barack Obama! I was so proud of my country and its people, by the fact that we overcame over 200 years of racial prejudice and stereotypes. It seemed that the whole world was happy for us.

Those prejudices still exist and influence our politics, but they’re no longer part of the definition of the United States. We’re better that that.
