Teddy Bears’ Picnic Boxes to children under ten years of age Teddy Bear Parade Registration and Trail opens Big Band Festival Entertainment opens including BNY Mellon Wood Enjoy magicians, face painters, story tellers, arts and crafts studio Food Village and bars open Tea/coffee/soft drinks served in tipis

4:30pm BNY Mellon Young Sports Reporter of the Year presentation

4:40pm Judging for Teddy Bear Parade

5:00pm Take your seats in riverside grandstand/seating areas (no reserved seating)

5:30pm Isis vs Goldie race

6:00pm THE BNY MELLON BOAT RACE

6:40pm Televised viewing of Trophy presentation (time subject to change)

7:15pm Guests depart

PARKINGOn-site parking is not available. Limited places to park cars may be available in Stevenage Road and other roads in close proximity to Bishop’s Park.

PUBLIC TRANSPORTThe nearest mainline station is Putney (South West Trains) and the nearest underground is Putney Bridge (District Line). Please plan ahead for any weekend engineering works or disruption and allow plenty of time for your journey: www.tfl.gov.uk

WRIST BANDSWrist bands will be issued on arrival. Please ensure that you wear your band throughout the entire day and that it is clearly visible at all times.

DRESS CODEPlease check the weather forecast and dress accordingly, including sensible footwear.

HOW TO GET THEREThe entrance is in Stevenage Road and includes a ramp for disabled access.

Follow the red arrows on the map above– Exit Putney Bridge tube station and turn right onto station approach. Go straight across onto

Gonville Street, cross at the pelican crossing then turn right and follow Fulham High Street until it turns into Fulham Palace Road.

– Turn left from Fulham Palace Road onto Bishop’s Park Road.– Walk all the way down Bishop’s Park Road, turn right into Stevenage Road.– Enter by the main Festival entrance for Event Registration.
