One mechanism to help in success!

• How are Member Traffic Lights Scored?• 70 – 100 = Green• 50 – 65 = Yellow• 30 – 45 = Red

• 25 and under = Black

Point Scales

• Points are awarded in 5 point increments• KSD’s determine the point categories• KSD’s are averaged over a rolling 6 month period• Categories are calculated from the PALMS reports
