Welding Process Full penetration will be provided in weld seams. Welding will be carried out as Metal-arc welding by welders who have welders’ qualification certificate (Acc to ASME IX).

Inspection

All tests and inspections mentioned below will be carried out under the control of internationally approved third party (DET NORSKE VERITAS AS or equivalent) and certified by the same authority for following test : Checking & approval of design and calculations Material inspection and stamp transferring separately Visual & dimensional inspection Plate orientation and lamination test Head control Radiographic control Penetrate dye test Hydrostatic test Surface treatment and painting test report .

-The reports of the a/m tests & inspections will be presented to the purchaser together with the inspection certificate of the tank which Will be given by the third party after the completion of the tank & the Inspections.

Cleaning & Painting

The material will be sand blasted with SA 2.5 quality. And application of primer and intermediate coat .

Terms & Conditions: 1. BNH GAS TANKS Scope of Work & Supply: A) Shop Fabrication Work: 1. Design and Engineering 2. Procurement of All BQ Plates required for Sphere Petals, Wear plates, Stub Ends, Internal Sprinkler System Pads, Internal Ladder Pads, All external - Pipe Support Pads, Ladder Supports Pads, etc. & M. S. Plates required for Column Legs, Skidding Plate, Base Plate, Support Plates etc., Raw materials required for Sway Rods, Turn Buckle Boss Assembly, Nozzle Necks (SRWN), Flanges, Fasteners, Bolting and Gaskets etc. 3. Plate Material for “C” Clamps, “L” Clamps, PQR, PTC, Welder Qualifications etc. at workshop and site. 4. Plate material for Column Legs, Base Plate, Sway rods, will be IS – 2062 Gr. A/B. Alternatively SA 36. 5. We will prepare QAP, WPS/PQR, various Procedures such as NDT, Hydro Testing, SR etc. & get approval from TPIA. 6. Fabrication of the components of the Spheres will be done at our Workshop. Brief details are as underneath:

a. Fabrication of Column-legs, Sway-rods with fixing arrangement, Structural Work of Ladder & Platform etc.

b. Forming & Fabrication of Equatorial Petals (EP), Bottom Polar Petals (BP), Top Polar Petal (TP), Top Crown (TC) and Bottom-Crown (BC). Welding of Stub End to EP.

c. Fabrication of Nozzles. d. Welding of Nozzles to Crown. e. Fabrication of various components such as Davit arrangement of manholes,

Pipe-support Pads, internal Ladder etc. f. Foundation Bolts

7. Supply of Gratings for Ladders / Platforms.

B) Shipment: 1. Our Scope : 1) Inland Transportation of all our tank material as well as all construction Materials (Scaffolding Pipes, Jallis, Jigs, Fixtures, etc.) Machineries and Consumable Items etc. required for Erection work from our works to Mumbai, India Port. 2) Shipment of all our tank material as well as all construction Materials (Scaffolding Pipes, Jallis, Jigs, Fixtures, etc.) Machineries and Consumable Items etc. required for Erection work from mumbai Port to Hai Phong port Vietnam 3) Shipment while returning of all our Construction Materials (Scaffolding Pipes, Jallis, Jigs, Fixtures, etc.) Machineries and left over Consumables and material etc. from Hai Phong port Vietnam to Mumbai Port. 2. Customer Scope: 1) Inland Transportation of all Prefabricated Sphere Components (E.P., T.P., B.P., C.P., Column Assemblies etc.) from Hai Phong port Vietnam to site 2) Inland Transportation of our all construction Materials (Scaffolding Pipes, Jallis, Jigs, Fixtures, etc.) Machineries and Consumable Items etc required for Erection work from Hai Phong port Vietnam to respective Site Location in Vietnam . 3) Inland Transportation for bringing back of all our balance material as well as all Construction Materials (Scaffolding Pipes, Jallis, Jigs, Fixtures, etc.) Machineries and left over Consumables etc. from respective Site Location to Hai Phong port Vietnam

All formalities and charges for Import of all LPG vessels material as well as any machinery and equipments in Vietnam including customs clearance, customs duty, customs bond and all other applicable duties or taxes or levies etc as may be required in Vietnam and the charges for the same to be paid by you at your cost and expenses. 2. Custom Duties, Custom Clearances , Customs bond etc and all its expenses and formalities of All Construction Materials (Scaffolding Pipes, Jallis, Jigs, Fixtures, etc.), Machineries and Consumable Items in Vietnam is in your scope. All formalities and charges for Import of all LPG vessels material as well as any machinery and equipments in Vietnam including customs clearance, customs duty, customs bond and all other applicable duties or taxes or levies etc as may be required in Vietnam and the charges for the same to be paid by you at your cost and expenses. 3. Custom Duties, Custom Clearances , Customs bond all its charges and formalities while returning / re - export of All Construction Materials (Scaffolding Pipes, Jallis, Jigs, Fixtures, etc.) Machineries and left over Consumables and material etc. in Vietnam is in your scope. D. Insurance: 1.All kind of insurance required for Transit / Shipment is to be arranged by you. 2.Insurance of Our Workmen / Employees (WC Policies and Travel Policy for VISA) is to be arranged by you. E. Site-Work: 1.Unloading of Sphere components will be done by you at site. 2.Erection, Alignment, Welding, RT, Hydro Testing, SR and Sand Blasting, Painting (Red Oxide Primer & Paint) will be done by us. 3.Accommodation & Fooding for all our employees and Technicians of our Agencies etc. will be arranged by us.

: 7 : BNH GAS TANKS F. Major Exclusions: 1. Any kind of civil work. 2. Fire proofing & Insulation. 3. Any kind of Instrumentations. 4. Any Piping work & commissioning. 5. Power and power back up at site as required by us . 6. Water for Drinking & Hydro test purpose and its discharge after hydrotest 7. Work Permit , residence permit and all its charges and formalities 8. Area for Site Office and Stores with security . 9. Work Permit for Fabrication and Erection, Radiography etc. at Site. 10. Permission for the use of Isotope (Ir – 192) to carry out Radiography Work shall be arranged by you. Also, permission for Stress Relieving (HSD / LPG) of the Spheres. 11. All applicable Statutory Approval in Vietnam from government and private agencies . 12. Visa Arrangement for all our employees (Radiography, Stress Relieving Team etc.) and its charges and formalities in India as well as Vietnam . 13. We have quoted considering our Indian Labour only. Our Prices shall increase if local workers are to be deployed as per Labour Laws of Vietnam. 14. Cranes as site as and when required for Fabrication and erection to be provided by the customer free of cost including diesel , operator , maintenance personell etc . 15. Fabrication yard well levelled , compacted , good enough for movement of cranes with load and good lighting arrangement to be provided by customer free of cost .

40% to be paid by you as advance along with the confirmed order against advance bank guarantee valid till the date of bill of lading for supply of materials to Hai Phong port Vietnam .

20% after receipt of major steel material at our works against our Proforma invoice and material identification report from Third party Inspection agency for acceptance of major steel plates material for Sphere Shell, Stub Ends & Wear plates , Column Legs, Base plates, Skidding plates.

20% at the time of shipment of pre fabricated material against our

4. Completion Time:- Brief Stage-wise Completion will be as under: - Design and Engineering - 1 Months - Major Plate Procurement - 3 Month - Shop Fabrication of 5 tanks - 6 Months

- Shipment of tanks - 2 Months - Erection and site fabrication - 10Months - Total - 22 -24 Months

Please note that the above is on general / normal working condition and it may vary as per the prevailing conditions . The completion time will alter if there is any change in design , layout ,non receipt of clearance from your side due to any government approvals/ formalities , Any local interference / problems, accident , Natural calamities ,Political issues , Civil war or any other reasons beyond our control. 5. Validity of Offer :- 30 Days from the date of offer , thereafter it will be after Our confirmation in writing. 6. Inspection:- Inspection Tests to be witnessed , approved under the control of M/s Det Norske Veritas AS Pune India. An inspection certificate to be issued for: a) Drawing Review b)Material Identification and stamp transfer c)Material check test report for Physical and chemical analysis . d) All stage inspection reports e) Petal dimensional control. f) All NDT reports for PT , UT , RT g) Nozzle i) Painting. 7. Documentation :

We shall supply the following information regarding the materials used in fabrication of the tank and pipeline for your reference and records: a. Chemical composition. b. Physical and mechanical strength / properties. c. Material check test reports d. All stage inspection reports e. All NDT reports for PT , UT , RT f. Painting reports . g. Final Third Party Inspection Report from Det Norske Veritas AS

Warrantee / Guarantee: The above material for Vessel will be guaranteed for a period of 12 months from the date of commissioning or 18 months from the date of hydro test of vessels whichever is earlier against any defect in Raw materials and Workmanship. In case of any defect is observed during the guarantee period, we undertake to rectify/ replace the defective part free of cost without any obligation.

9. Bank Charges: All Bank charges in Vietnam and India are to the account of buyer including all LC confirmation charges if any . 10. Deductions: The above price is the basic price to be received by BNH GAS TANKS from buyer and No deduction of any kind from the above value shall be made on any account . If any deductions is to be made as required by any Local Laws , the same to be borne solely by buyer . 11. Insurance: To the account of the buyer .
