How It Works

When a customer expresses interest in upgrading their account, or creating a new account, a sales rep will offer them the ability to earn value towards the new device or current account by recycling their old mobile device.

If the customer accepts this offer, your sales rep will use the TIMS to provide value to them on the spot. If the customer does not accept, our reporting can

show that as well.

How It Works

The customer will hand over their phone for a quick inspection.

Your sales rep will ID the model, look for water damage, LCD damage, and any power issues and then will produce a value, working or broken. The customer can then accept or reject your offer.

Customers can even trade in multiple devices to increase their value towards an upgrade or new account.

How It Works

After either a set period of time, or set amount of devices are collected, the TIMS will automatically notify your staff when it is time to create a shipment to send to the BuyMyTronics processing facility. Shipping triggers can be

modified by location if needed. We will provide free shipping

for all packages, so your organization won’t need to worry about shipping costs.

discrepancies, we’ll notify you of any change in value.

After an order is clear, a payment will be made within a week.
