Bluewater Bio worked with Severn Trent’s contractor, MWH, to deliver the upgrade. Construction was very simple; a flat concrete slab was built and the SMART units were delivered pre-assembled with their local control panels and local cabling. This enabled the units to be tested off-site to minimise risks during construction. The installation was completed within two weeks and the project was completed ahead of programme.
