offers, etc. If they fill a form in the E-Newsletter Engine section, in its database, all

contact details of the clients and users will be saved. So the admin can choose to

either send everyone in the database or can choose to which emails he would like to

send the regular news, newsletter, etc.

Downloads Area

In this section, there are a number of categories based on the admin's requirements.

Each category has a number of documents that are uploaded there.

(It's the admin's call to make the user need a username and password to download

the files or to download them without that need).

Files can be of .doc, .xls , .pdf , and any other format that we will agree upon. Each file

uploaded should not exceed 8MB in size.

Votes and Polls

Through the Content Management System, website administrators can create

customers' polls. The results from those conducted polls will be stored in the archive.

The user can only vote once. Once voted, the results will be displayed instead of the

poll itself. The user can also access old polls.

Photo Gallery

The photo gallery is like an image sanctuary. Images here are divided into several

categories, based on need. Clicking on a category, you’ll see all the images as thumbs

in the form of a table, and the first one is usually selected by default and appears in

full size.

Video Gallery

You can share all the videos you want on this space and users can easily view them

from there as they're categorized and they appear as thumbs.

Rotating Headline Images

This feature allows you to easily create multiple, slideshow-styles. Also add various

transition effects between the headline images. This feature gave us the ability to

avoid using the Adobe Flash. So we enhanced the Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

and the website browsing experience. Add to that it's full compatible with all devices

and browsers; also it's dynamic and doesn’t have to be updated by a developer.






Member’s Area

This section is there because some services within the website are not open to the

public. So a particular user will need to register through filling and submitting a special

form, where he can provide his personal and requested login information. After

submission, the user can be accepted and so registered by sending him login

information automatically or in other cases the administrator can be involved to

approve the registration request. The member will have authority to access private

areas. Members will have different privileges to view sections and material.

The admin’s role is related to the approval of a certain user’s registration, and the

deletion of an existing one. A member can be deactivated without the need to delete

him, thus all information will remain in the database.

Web File Manager

This functionality enables you to upload all the work of your organization on a

dedicated area on the website. This enables you to create folders and upload all your

work as their associated folder.

Social media connection

You can have buttons placed on each page that will facilitate

and allow the user to share any picture or content with friends

through all the social networks.It can be illustrated in the

pictures below.






Surveys This tool enables you to design and conduct surveys, based on your needs. In addition to compiling the output of the survey and providing you with analytical resolutions.

Web Forum

A Web Forum is an online center for ongoing, in depth discussions of specific topics

and issues. Note that the forum is not a "chat room." That is, users cannot participate

in real-time discussions. However, users can ask and respond to questions, explain

service techniques and strategies, share helpful anecdotes, and lend their expertise to

others in the field.

Banner Management System

The Banner Management System is an engine that is used to showcase the company’s

products and services, or as advertising tool to generate financial value to the

company by having other company's' post advertisements.

The administrator will maintain the banners by updating new ones, choosing their

location, and scheduling their time frame. Banners can be removed from the pages

without the need to delete them. They can be kept offline in the database for later

use if needed. The administrator can keep tracking the viewing statistics per banner.

You can provide the ability for users to comment

on articles and rate them to facilitate community

evaluation and discourse around published articles .

All comments will be checked by the admin before

appearing on the website.
