United Way of Berks County – Blueprint for Leadership 

Congratulations to Angel Serrano and Javier Tellez from Cambridge‐Lee Industries LLC for completing the United Way of Berks County Blueprint for Leadership Program. As the diversity of our community continues to grow, it is more important than ever that non‐profit board of directors reflect the community they serve. We are proud that both Angel and Javier will put new skills into practice through volunteer service with local community organizations.
