The Blueline aluminium side pillar CS has been tested according to DEKRA pillar requirements in conjunction with DIN EN 12642 Code XL.Certificate 313/32100/702073/1818604823-2.

The pillar reached a maximum central point load of 6.16 kN in the test. For certified structures, this corresponds to a payload of 80 kN/8 t with one pillar.

The combination of roller plate with support plate/roller plate holderand adapter track can be assembled with a few parts a variety of carriage variants for the Blueline side pillar CS.

T-Lock is the form-fitting load securing system for the aluminum trailer kit according to DIN EN 12642 XL. The T-Lock hook in the tarpaulin profile reaches into the T-Lock tarpaulin pocket 143112793.With T-Lock, a weather protection tarpaulin replaces the previously required reinforced tarpaulin for certified structures.
