Early in the morning
We let the pets into their runs and walk the dogs.

Checking the horses
Most of our horses and ponies live outside in small herds.
We go and see how they’re doing and, if they wear them, check their rugs.

Feeding time
All our pets have their own meal plan.
Some may also be on medication which needs to be given regularly and recorded.

Opening time
Once our doors are open we have lots of people visiting to ask for help or to find out more about rehoming a pet.

Training
Training helps to keep our pets happy and healthy and makes it easier to find them new homes.

Playing
Play is an important exercise for the mind and body and keeps our pets happy.

Grooming
Grooming not only keeps fur clean, it helps pets get used to being handled. Plus we can give them a health check at the same time.

Health care
All our animals are checked by a vet and given treatment if they need it. They are also neutered and microchipped where it’s appropriate.
