Our previous software did not maintain a friendly useable history of work orders for external or internal bus repairs or service. The major attraction in the TRAVERSE system, for our distributorship, is the Service Director module that provides historical data on repairs and service for buses, even if ownership of the bus changes. There is valuable daily information (cash fl ow, status of A/R and A/P) that is much easier to retrieve and saves countless hours for our staff . We highly recommend BusinessWare Consulting (BWC) and the TRAVERSE package. BWC is responsive to our needs and off ers insights and suggestions that we would not have designed into our original conversion plan.

Role-based activities are set up and available for diff erent types of users within your company. For • instance, users set up in a Sales role may have access to CRM contacts and opportunities, Sales Order quotes and orders, Inventory price and availability and Manufacturing available-to-promise information, while users in the Accounting role may be limited to GL journal entries and banking functions.
