His consulting market focus has changed over the years from government to strategy to technology transformation to public finance. He is currently overseeing the hiring of consultants in the economics and international development space, and also works with BLTs business school partners to promote management consultancy as a career for MBAs. Dons clients range from top and second tier strategy houses through to boutique firms.Raj joined BLT in July 2012 after working 5 years for a specialist management consultancy and corporate advisory recruitment company. After graduating from Brunel University with a degree in Biomedical Sciences, Raj joined one of Londons biggest finance recruitment firms where he learnt his trade. Raj is currently focused on the corporate advisory space working with large consultancy firms, in-house teams and specialist boutiques in a range of sectors.Catriona graduated from Glasgow University with a 2.1 in Economic History. Working her way south, she sampled life as an auditor with Ernst & Young in Manchester before moving to London and into recruitment. After 7 years with a leading financial recruitment consultancy she joined The Institute of Chartered Accountants recruiting externally for clients and internally for senior technical roles. Catriona joined BLT in 2004 and focuses on Programme and Project Management, Transformatio n and Change and IT Advisory roles across both external consulting firms and internal consulting teams. 6. Sarah EricksonAlyce PerrottTransformation, Process Improvement & Public SectorStrategy & International DevelopmentSarah joined BLT in July 2013 after working for 2.5 years for a global recruitment company in New Zealand. Sarah is currently working with a variety of leading management consultancies focusing on Transformation as well as Operational Process Improvement . Sarah began her career in sales as a Business Manager for a Toyota Dealership in 2008 following her graduation from the University of Otago with Post-Graduate Qualifications in Human Nutrition and Public Health.Alyce joined BLT in July 2013 after graduating from the University of Liverpool with a 2:1 in Spanish and Business earlier the same year. She worked small HR Consultancy and Recruitment firm whilst studying. Alyce specialises in strategy consulting and works with a variety of consultancies, some with a niche industry focus, and others that are sectoragnostic. She operates in the following areas: brand, marketing & customer strategy; M&A and market-based strategy; corporate and growth strategy. Alyce also does some work in International Development 7.
