• Many places in our New Testament mention the blessings we have as Christians.

• The Bible encourages us to keep God's commandments.

• The Bible teaches us to love one another.• The Bible urges us to be faithful to the

Lord.• Christians have many wonderful blessings.

Blessings in Christ

We have FORGIVENESS

Psalm 86:5 For You, Lord, are good, and ready to forgive, And abundant in mercy to all those who call upon You.Daniel 9:9 To the Lord our God belong mercy and forgiveness, though we have rebelled against Him.

We have FORGIVENESS

1 John 1:9 If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.Ephesians 1:7 In Him we have redemption through His blood, the forgiveness of sins, according to the riches of His grace

We have FAMILY1 Timothy 3:15 but if I am delayed, I write so that you may know how you ought to conduct yourself in the house of God, which is the church of the living God, the pillar and ground of the truth.Hebrews 3:6 but Christ as a Son over His own house, whose house we are if we hold fast the confidence and the rejoicing of the hope firm to the end.

We have FAMILYWhen we obey the command to be baptized into Christ we are added to the family of God.Acts 2:47 praising God and having favor with all the people. And the Lord added to the church daily those who were being saved. God's family is the church.

We have FAMILYGod wants His family to be clean, pure.Ephesians 5:27 that He might present her to Himself a glorious church, not having spot or wrinkle or any such thing, but that she should be holy and without blemish. Ephesians 5:29 For no one ever hated his own flesh, but nourishes and cherishes it, just as the Lord does the church.

We have A FATHERIt is a blessing to have God as our Father.Romans 8:15 For you did not receive the spirit of bondage again to fear, but you received the Spirit of adoption by whom we cry out, "Abba, Father."2 Corinthians 6:18 "I will be a Father to you, And you shall be My sons and daughters, Says the Lord Almighty."

We have A FATHERPrayer – Matthew 6:9 Our Father in heavenKnows – Matthew 6:32 Your Father knows that you need all these thingsMercy – Luke 6:36 Be merciful, as your Father also is mercifulWorship – John 4:23 The Father seeks such to worship Him

We have A FATHERTeaches – John 6:32 My Father gives you the true bread from heavenProtects – John 10:29 My Father, who has given them to Me, is greater than all; and no one is able to snatch them out of My Father's handDisciplines – Hebrews 12:7 If you endure chastening, God deals with you as with sons; for what son is there whom a father does not chasten?

We have JOY, HAPPINESSJohn 15:10-11 10 If you keep My commandments, you will abide in My love, just as I have kept My Father's commandments and abide in His love. 11 These things I have spoken to you, that My joy may remain in you, and that your joy may be full.Salvation Psalm 51:12 Restore to me the joy of Your salvation, And uphold me by Your generous Spirit.
