Blairlogie’s Holiday Program offers the opportunity for all participants to have fun while enjoying the

company of others, experiencing new environments and socialising amongst peers

Eligibility: This program is open to adults with a disability, aged 18+ and receiving NDIS funding. All activities are costed as per the current NDIS price guide and staff ratios will be determined based on individual needs. Out of pocket expense varies per activity

Convenient pick up and drop of locations available: Blairlogie (685 North road, Cranbourne South) Cranbourne or Narre warren Bunnings Frankston or Mornington Bunnings

What to bring: Companion card, Snacks and lunch unless provided (options will be available to purchase on the day), warm Jack, sun hat, sunscreen and water depending on the weather

back, it saves time and the need to use a slower post office mail system. Also, due to changes in the delivery of mail, it takes longer for the mail to be received by us.
