We are from California so we weren’t able to go to our new home much the first winter and subsequently had broken pipes with some structural damage. your individual wants, needs & expectations.

• A proposal of services is created and sent to you for review. Upon acceptance of the proposal, a contract is created and the following documents are explained in detail: Consumer Notification Form, Information to Owner About Construction Liens & Notice of Rights to a Lien as required from OR CCB and Black Forest Remodel & Tile’s Change Order. We encourage you to visit the OR CCB website to view our license information.

• We will accompany you when you visit the show rooms of our preferred Suppliers & Vendors helping you select items for your project.

• We are happy to personally meet with your designer and or architect assuring that your vision is carried out to the fullest.

• We will make ourselves available to answer any question and to walk through the project with you as a means of keeping communication open at all times.

• Should a construction/remodeling emergency require immediate attention we are available for you - 24 hours a day - during your remodel.

• All materials ordered and permits applied for take time; we will do everything within our control to expedite the process to keep your project running on time and within budget.

• Upon completion of your project a final walkthrough will be completed.

• While your project may be coming to a close, our relationship with you has not. We have built a suc-cessful company by retaining clients for life and relying on them for referrals to family and friends.

Getting to Know Us……. Matthias Molnar Matthias Molnar is a Master Tile Professional from Germany, specializing in kitchen and bathroom remodeling projects. Matthias is from Todtnauberg, Germany, A small mountain top village in Germany’s Black Forest. Matthias learned his craft during a 3 year apprenticeship followed by a 1 year master program. His adventure in America started in 2000 where he settled in Portland and is now proud to call Portland his “home away from home”. Matthias is also a 2 time survivor of testicular cancer and is actively participates in the LiveStrong challenges. www. providence.org/centerofhope/matthias_molnar.html Matthias’ German culture and heritage is very important and he is proud to contribute to the German American School in Beaverton. Cary Mumford Cary Mumford brings over 30 years of all around construction experience to Black forest Remodel & Tile, LLC. He has been involved in the construction of Bonneville Dam, Portland’s Waterfront condominium projects and possibly a home in your neighborhood! Cary’s home has been in the Portland area since 1979 and currently enjoys the beauty of the Columbia River living on a floating home. Cary is the perfect choice for a floating home remodel; having completed 3 complete remodels in the North Channel. Anne Marie Molnar Anne Marie grew up in Eugene and now call’s Portland her home and Todtnauberg, Germany her “home away from home”! You will find Anne Marie working with you behind the scenes, answering your questions on the telephone or via email and keeping the office running smoothly. When not working Anne Marie plays to her passion – creating good food for family and friends. In a nutshell that means that she is always coming up with new kitchen design ideas!

“We’ve had Black Forest in our home for several projects, including a major bathroom/basement remodel, flooring, drywall, concrete, windows, cabinets, and tile work. Matthias and Cary are genuinely nice guys who take the time to listen to our wishes or problems, and we’ve always felt that their work is customized to our specific requirements rather than a one-size-fits-all kind of solution.
